How to Order

1. Click on the product you wish to order.

2. Click “Add to Cart” to include the product.

3. Go to your “Cart” by clicking on the basket icon at the top right of the page.

4. Click “Check Out” at the bottom to proceed to shipping and payment details.

5. Fill in your contact information (for order and delivery communication, if necessary).

6. Fill in recipient’s address and contact information.

7. Select your desired delivery method (Normal Delivery or Priority Delivery).

8. Use the Remark section to specify the delivery time slot (e.g., 10-11 AM) for Priority Delivery, or make special requests (e.g., colour scheme, flower types).

9. Add a message for the free message card included with your product.

10. Choose the delivery date.

11. Provide the billing address.

12. Select your preferred payment method, and complete payment.

With that, your order is successfully completed!

When placing your order, please take note of the following:

• Please ensure that all details provided (e.g., addresses, contact information, email) are accurate.
• Instead of a physical copy, the invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
• Charges will vary based on the selected delivery method, and recipient location.
