By purchasing our products and services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Prices
  • All product prices specified are non-negotiable, and exclude delivery charges.
Order Changes
  • If you wish to change/modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but they are not guaranteed.
Special Requests
  • Requests for specific flower types, colour schemes, arrangement styles, or others are possible.
  • While we do our best to fulfil your request, it is not guaranteed.
Payments
  • All payment methods are accepted, processed securely through FPX and Stripe.
Delivery Schedule
  • Delivery times are between 9 AM to 6 PM for Normal Delivery, and a specified time slot (e.g., 10-11 AM) for Priority Delivery. Specific time deliveries are not available.
  • Same-day deliveries are available, provided orders are placed before the respective cut-off times (before 7 PM for Negeri Sembilan; before 4 PM for Selangor/KL). Otherwise, deliveries will be made the following day, or on the specified date.
Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges vary according to recipient location, with additional charges for Priority Delivery.
Delivery Protocol
  • Our flowers are delivered personally by hand to the recipient. In the event that our rider is unable to contact the recipient, or the recipient is absent, the product will be left at the specified shipping address. No refunds will be issued once the product has been duly delivered.
  • If the customer has provided an incorrect address, and requests a re-delivery, any resulting additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Although we strive to ensure timely deliveries for our customers, we cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the delivery service that we use, or anything else beyond our control.
Cancellations/Refunds
  • Cancellations are not available after the order has been placed.
  • All products sold are non-refundable/returnable.
Customer & Recipient Personal Information
  • To ensure effective communication with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.
  • The following information in particular is required for a smooth and successful delivery process:
      Customer’s phone number
    • We use this information to contact customers in the event of payment or delivery issues.
      Recipient’s full name, phone number & address
    • We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate.
    • The address must be as specific as possible (e.g., ward/apartment number) to ensure that the flowers are successfully delivered to the recipient.
  • We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
